Coffee Attendant (Part - Time), Muse - Signia by Hilton Orlando

Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is looking for a Part-Time Coffee Attendant to join their dynamic Food and Beverage team for their outlet called "Muse"! This one-of-a-kind property boasts 12 different dining options, over 1000 guest rooms, 231,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space, with 3 ballrooms, 34 meeting rooms, 2 dedicated boardrooms, and unique outdoor spaces.

The ideal candidate will ideally hold comparable experience, as a Coffee Attendant or Barista in a hotel setting, has a strong customer service background with excellent multitasking skill and has a great personality. Experience within a fast-paced environment is highly preferred. We are looking for someone with a who is ready to assist our guests with anything that may arise.

Shift Pattern: 2-3 shifts per week. Candidates will need to have open availability as they will be required to work all shifts: 5AM–1:30PM, 1PM–9PM, 3PM-11PM, 4PM–12AM, 6PM–2AM, 8PM– 2AM, weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay Rate: $12.50 per hour, plus tips.

What will I be doing?

As a Coffee Attendant, you would be responsible for preparing and replenishing food and beverage service in the Muse outlet to deliver an excellent guest experience and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Complete opening and closing side work to include, but not limited to, stocking chinaware, silverware and tableware, tending to the coffee machine and/or grinder, retrieving food and beverages from the kitchen and delivering them to the outlet.
• Greets, prepares, services, and takes guests' orders for beverages and/or food in a friendly, courteous, professional and timely manner to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Upsells additional items to enhance profitability.
• Enters orders into a computerized system and settles check(s) upon completion of order.
• Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.
