We’re hiring a skilled CNC Programmer to support our production team in a clean, climate-controlled machine shop equipped with modern Mazak Mill equipment and strong engineering support.

What You’ll Do (CNC Programmer Responsibilities)
- Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for Mazak milling machines
- Develop efficient toolpaths using Mazatrol and/or CAM software (Mastercam preferred)
- Collaborate with engineering and machinists to improve cycle times and part quality
- Support machine setup, prove-out, and first-run validation
- Troubleshoot program issues and make real-time adjustments on the floor
- Interpret complex blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings
- Recommend tooling, speeds/feeds, and process improvements
- Ensure programs meet production goals for quality, efficiency, and repeatability
- Maintain organized program documentation and revision control
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of CNC programming experience (milling)
- Experience with high tolerance parts
- Strong proficiency with Mazatrol and/or CAM software
- Deep understanding of machining processes, tooling, and cutting strategies
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, tolerances, and GD&T
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred (Not Required)
- Mastercam programming experience
- Experience with 3-, 4-, or 5-axis machining
- Background in automotive or performance manufacturing
- Experience supporting production environments and continuous improvement initiatives
Schedule
- Full-time, on-site
- 1st shift available
- Occasional overtime as needed
