CNC Programmer & Machinist

Full-time on-site CNC Programmer & Machinist role in Waukesha, WI, responsible for CNC programming, setup, and operation of milling machines to manufacture high-precision components. Duties include interpreting technical drawings, optimizing machining processes, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with engineering and production teams. Mastercam and/or WorkNC experience preferred; CNC lathe experience is a plus.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of CNC machining and programming experience
• Strong CNC milling, machining, GD&T, and blueprint reading skills
• Experience with CAD models, tooling, and process optimization
• Mastercam and/or WorkNC proficiency preferred
• ISO environment, tool & die, mold making, or precision machining experience is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and teamwork abilities
