Job Description
The CNC Programmer – Lathe is responsible for programming, optimizing, and supporting CNC turning operations in a precision manufacturing environment. This role focuses on programming and is based in the engineering room, working closely with teams to modify existing programs, support machine setup, and troubleshoot complex machining challenges. This is not a machine operator role. The position supports production through program accuracy, efficiency, and technical problem solving.

Work Environment
Work is 100% on-site at a modern facility opened in 2021, featuring a strong employee-centric culture with a commitment to sustainability and well-being. The engineering room serves as the primary work area with regular interaction on the shop floor. Hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The facility offers two 4-axis and 5-axis turning machines, including brands like Hardinge and Miyano, with a preference for Fanuc controls, although flexibility and learning ability are valued.
