Position Summary
Operate and set up CNC machines to produce precision parts while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines
- Load/unload materials and monitor machine performance
- Read blueprints, work orders, and GD&T specifications
- Perform measurements, make offsets, and ensure product quality
- Troubleshoot issues and maintain equipment
- Support training within the machining team
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic CNC training + 3+ years of experience
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Knowledge of machining equipment (lathe, drill press, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
