Join a specialized manufacturing team as a CNC Machine Operator, where you will set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality hydraulic system components. You will work with metals, interpret blueprints, and perform basic quality checks in a clean, climate-controlled facility with a close-knit, small-shop atmosphere.

You will work in a climate-controlled facility that offers a smaller, close-knit, mom-and-pop shop feel where your contributions are visible and valued. The environment encourages learning and growth, including cross-training and the opportunity to expand your CNC skills from basic operation to full job setup. You can expect a stable first-shift schedule, a supportive team atmosphere, and a clean, well-organized production setting.
Work Environment
This role is based in a climate-controlled manufacturing production facility focused on hydraulic system components. You will work primarily on CNC mills and lathes, handling metal parts and using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers. The position follows a first-shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with potential overtime as needed. The facility has a smaller, mom-and-pop shop feel, promoting a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. You are expected to maintain a clean and safe work area, including regular sweeping and mopping around your station.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
