Kratostructures is looking for a high-level CNC Machinist to join our team and play a key role in scaling our operation to the next level.

• Lead complex CNC setups and machining operations (3-axis / 5-axis) with precision and ownership

• Manufacture tight-tolerance, high-value components where precision is critical
• Continuously improve processes — reducing setup times, optimizing cycle times, and increasing throughput

• Actively identify and implement automation opportunities to drive efficiency and reduce manual work
