Pay range: $25.45 – $32.00 per hour

Work Schedule

Rotating Schedule (Day & Night Shift)

Day Shift:

Start times of 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM

8–10 hours per day

Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays

Night Shift:

10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Sunday–Thursday

Receives 10% shift differential

Job Description

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills, including Haas and Cincinnati equipment.
• Operate 3- and 4-axis CNC machinery to produce precision tooling components.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet exact specifications and tolerances.
• Adjust machine settings, tooling, and offsets as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Essential Skills

• Previous experience as a CNC Machinist, including setup and operation.
• Experience with 3-axis and/or 4-axis machining.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
• Proficient in using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measurement tools.
• Solid understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials.
• Strong attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and reliable work ethic.

The pay range for this position is $52936.00 - $66560.00/yr.
