Work Environment
The role is based in a manufacturing facility located in New Berlin. The company is family owned and employs approximately 106 people, creating a mid-sized, team-oriented environment. The building features a distinctive and welcoming entrance that resembles an old hotel lobby with marble finishes. You will work on CNC mills, lathes, and a robot cell controlled by Fanuc systems, using precision measuring tools such as micrometers to verify quality. The environment is production-focused, with typical manufacturing shop conditions, and requires adherence to safety procedures and standard industrial work practices.
