CNC Machinist – Precision Manufacturing (2nd Shift)

💵 $30–$40/hour (based on experience)

We’re looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to guide our 2nd‑shift precision machining team in Naples, FL. This is a hands‑on leadership role where your expertise will directly impact the quality of medical and aerospace components used in highly regulated, mission‑critical applications.

• Lead and coordinate daily operations for a skilled 2nd‑shift team
• Train, mentor, and support machinists to uphold quality, safety, and production standards
• Operate and troubleshoot CNC lathes, mills, and Swiss machines as needed
• Review production schedules and efficiently allocate labor and machine resources
• Ensure full compliance with medical (ISO/FDA) and aerospace (AS9100) standards
• Partner with Engineering and Quality teams to quickly resolve technical and process issues

Essential Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with Lathe, Mill, and Swiss machining
• Proven leadership or lead‑level experience in a machining environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T
• Experience working with tight tolerances in regulated manufacturing environments

Preferred Experience

• CNC programming and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ISO, FDA (medical) and/or AS9100 (aerospace) standards

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
