CNC Machinist | First Shift, Direct Hire | Woodlawn, OH

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with strong HAAS mill and/or lathe experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a precision metal fabrication environment and a solid understanding of setup, programming, and operation of CNC equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, program, and operate HAAS CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts per specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine machining operations and tolerances.
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and part inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure part quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve production efficiency and solve machining challenges.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machines as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of CNC machining experience, preferably in a metal fabrication or job shop environment.
• Proficiency with HAAS controls (HAAS mills and/or lathes) is required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with G-code programming and editing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machining is a plus.

Schedule:

6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday

Pay:

$25-$32/hr paid weekly
