Hiring Machinist – CNC & Manual | Multiple Levels (Entry to Experienced)

We’re hiring both skilled and entry‑level Machinists to support the production of high‑precision metal components used in advanced manufacturing and assembly operations. In this role, you’ll set up, operate, and troubleshoot a variety of CNC and manual machines while working with tight tolerances and complex machining requirements. Location:Centennial, CO

Shift:1st or 2nd shift available

First shift hours: 5:00am-1:30pm

Second shift hours: 3:00pm-11:30pm

Pay:$22.00hr - $44.00hr (depending on skills and years of experience)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and speed‑cell machines
  • Interpret blueprints and machine to tight tolerances of +/– .0001
  • Use precision measurement tools including micrometers, calipers, and gauges
  • Perform 3–4 machine changeovers per day
  • Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Operate manual lathes, mills, and surface grinders
  • Perform drilling, tapping, and milling on manual equipment
  • Program and adjust offsets on CNC lathes, mills, and surface grinders
  • Select proper tooling and gauging for each job
  • Apply geometry and trigonometry to machining tasks
  • Complete machining and speed‑cell work to meet production requirements
  • Support assembly rework needs in a timely manner

Skills & Qualifications:

Entry-Level:
  • 1+ year of machining experienceormachining-related schooling
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Basic G & M code knowledge
  • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
Experienced Machinists:
  • 3–5 years of CNC machining experience in an industrial environment
  • Proficiency in G & M code
  • Strong blueprint interpretation and critical‑thinking skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ODI grinders, rigging, or crane operation
  • Exposure to Mazatrol controls
  • Mastercam programming or editing experience
  • Manual machining proficiency
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certification is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $44.00/hr.
