Cnc Lathe Operator

CNC Machinist — $28–$32/hr + Profit‑Sharing

• Operate CNC lathes (and mills when needed) with accuracy and consistency
• Perform independent setups, including workholding and bar feeder setup
• Inspect parts, adjust offsets, and maintain SPC to ensure quality
• Deburr parts and complete basic PM/TPM tasks to keep machines running smoothly
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and team collaboration

• Hands‑on CNC machining experience
• Strong lathe operation skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Confidence performing your own setups
• A mindset focused on quality, efficiency, and craftsmanship

• $28–$32/hr starting pay

This is a Permanent position based out of Grantsburg, WI.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Grantsburg,WI.
