What You'll Do:
In this role, you’ll help mentor others in themanufacturing ofhigh-quality, precision parts — from smaller chuck work up to 160″ long and 36″ in diameter — by creating CNC lathe programs using Mazatrol, identifying tooling needs, and maintaining precise inspection records. You’ll work in aclean, climate-controlled, well-equipped facilitywhere your skill and attention to detail make a real impact. What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• 5+ yearsof experience operating CNC Lathe machines -required.
• Proficient programming skills usingMazatrol-required.
• Prior experience mentoring others is a plus.
• Knowledge of Mastercam programming is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings.
• Ability to calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to process precision parts from start to finish.

• Set up, program, and run Mazak CNC lathes
• Lead and mentor a team of CNC Lathe Machinists
• Inspect and validate your own work using precision measuring equipment
• Complete short-run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool adjustments
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
