CNC Machinist (2 thru 5 Axis)
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (hours are flexible, but typically 40+, so overtime is consistently available)
Pay Rate: $20/hr - $28/hr (depending on experience)

Experience: 5+ years of CNC Machining experience (setup and operation). Looking for a well-experienced individualwith a strong aptitude to learn, as you will be cross-trained on many different types of machines.

Setup & Operate: Run 2 through 5-axis CNC machines (Mills and/or Lathes) to produce high-precision parts.
Precision Programming: Edit and interpret G-codes and M-codes to ensure parts meet exacting specifications.
Quality Control: Conduct first-run and in-process inspections using hand tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators).
Problem Solve: Calculate speeds and feeds, adjust holding fixtures, and minimize scrap to maintain a legacy of excellence.
Experience: 5+ years of CNC Machining experience (setup and operation).
Technical Savvy: Strong ability to read blueprints, understand mechanical drawings, and interpret tight tolerances.
Tooling: Must have your own set of standard measuring hand tools.
