Essential Job Functions:
- Provides direct patient care in all aspects of activities of daily living, bathing, showering, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting.
- Repositioning patients and transferring from beds, wheelchairs, etc.
- Assist with resident needs by observing and reporting all unusual finds to charge nurse.
- Ensure the call system is within the reach of resident and answered promptly.
- Assist nursing staff with height measurements, temperature and pulse respirations.
- May assist residents with errands, and activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Florida license as a Certified Nursing Assistant and CPR.
- MUST have the ability to Speak, Write and Comprehend the English Language.
- Ability to document patient records using PCC, and complete in-service training.
