Job Description

We are seeking two junior to mid-level technicians to join our dynamic team in Denver. This role involves supporting affordable housing projects near the National Western Center and working on commercial build projects in the Denver area.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality inspections and material testing.
  • Conduct concrete and soil testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Engage in construction materials testing and inspection activities.
  • Utilize equipment for nuclear density testing.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team on various construction projects.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in quality inspection and material testing.
  • Proficiency in concrete testing and construction materials testing.
  • Familiarity with WAQTC, CAPA A, CAPA B standards.
  • Knowledge of nuclear density and soil testing.
  • ACI certification or equivalent experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous field/construction experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Physical capability to lift at least 50 lb core samples.
Work Environment

This role primarily involves fieldwork, with about 80% of the time spent outdoors, and some office work. Technicians will work long hours in various weather conditions and must be physically prepared for demanding tasks. Employees will receive a company phone/data plan and a company truck, which can be taken home each day. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Golden, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
