I'm partnering with a biotech company to identify a Procurement professional with direct experience supporting CMC, Technical Operations, and Clinical Supply Chain functions.
This is a temporary opportunity with the potential to convert to a permanent position. We're seeking someone who has managed outsourced manufacturing and development partners within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry and can lead sourcing, supplier management, contracting, and cost analysis activities across CMC programs.
Key areas of experience:
✔ Biotech/Pharma CMC Procurement or Outsourcing
✔ CDMO / CMO Supplier Management
✔ Drug Substance & Drug Product Manufacturing
✔ RFPs, RFQs, Vendor Selection & Bid Comparisons
✔ MSAs, SOWs, CDAs & Change Orders
✔ Supplier Performance & Vendor Governance
✔ Cost Analysis, Pricing Negotiations & Spend Management
✔ Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Systems Experience (Coupa preferred)
✔ Cross-functional partnership with CMC, Quality, Legal, Finance & Supply Chain teams
This role will have significant visibility with senior leadership, including the CFO, and is ideal for someone who enjoys influencing sourcing decisions, negotiating complex supplier agreements, and driving value across outsourced manufacturing program
💰 $60-$90/hour (depending on experience)
📍 Fully Remote
