Role Title: Platform Services - Cloud and Compute Lead - Onsite

Location: Racine, WI

Contract Dates: 5+ Months

Schedule: 40 Hrs/Wk | 100% Onsite (Racine, WI)

Position Overview: The Cloud Advisor will lead the implementation of scalable, high-performance hosting solutions using advanced Cloud Technologies. This role sits within the Infrastructure Managed Services group, focusing on legacy transformation and driving next-generation business outcomes for the Products industry sector.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cloud strategies to optimize infrastructure operations.
• Lead the migration process to ensure a seamless transition to cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in cloud services management.
• Provide expert guidance on account delivery management to enhance client satisfaction.
• Provide lead support during major incidents and maintain critical client relationships.
• Own overall delivery for a broad spectrum of services including Azure, Nutanix, VMware, SQL, and AIX/Linux/Windows environments.

Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with 8–10 years of experience who possesses strong influencing and advisory skills. They should be a decisive leader capable of managing complex delivery across multiple technical stacks while maintaining high-level client relationships in an onsite environment.
