CLO Investment Professional, Director

A ~$70b alternative asset manager in Midtown Manhattan is looking to add a CLO Investment Professional at the Director/Associate Director level to its growing team on a hybrid basis (2-3x in office per week). Compensation is competitive.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, source, structure, and execute investment opportunities across CLO/Structured Credit landscape
• Contribute to all phases of the investment process
• Lead negotiation of term sheets and credit agreements
• Interface with counterparties; build/develop relationships; manage deal flow and investment pipeline

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience with public AND private transactions
• Strong understanding of CLO/Structured Credit fundamentals
• Strong cashflow modeling (Excel and Intex), advanced coding languages a plus (SQL, Python, etc.)
• Self-starter with high personal and ethical standards
• Bachelor's degree
