Monday-Friday, Daytime, with on-call rotation.
The pay for this position starts at $61,200/yr up to $67,484/yr depending on experience and education.
$3,000 Sign-on Bonus.
Devereux Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. Devereux's South Wing program serves IDD/ASD adolescent males. With 1 staff to 3 students ratio, this program offers a high level of individualized care. Staff design house-specific routines, chores, and activities that support the individuals' growth and development.
Devereux's Trafford House program serves females 12 to 21 with various psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders. With 1 staff to 4 students ratio, this program is focused on increasing independence and preparing individuals to move on from Devereux.
