Clinical Support Specialist, CAI UWS

As the Clinical Support Specialist, you will assist with onboarding any new partners and work collaboratively to establish those new business relationships.You’ll own partner enablement programs such as supporting promotions, campaigns, sales and demonstrations.

Your role:

  • Manage 3rd Party PACS resellers in North America, Drive sales with 3rd Party PACS vendors to integrate Ultrasound Workspace applications in workflow

  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with Philips Ultrasound organization and 3rd Party Reseller Achieve Order Intake (OIT) targets, Focus on positioning and promoting vendor agnostic Ultrasound IT solutions in territory

  • Keep track of all opportunities in dedicated CRM system and maintain funnel/forecast daily

  • Support cross-selling program with Philips Enterprise Informatics to promote entry level Ultrasound IT solution and portfolio of AI driven applications

  • Execute Go To Market (GTM) strategy in close collaboration with EI Business

You're the right fit if:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience with Bachelor's in Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Business Strategy or equivalent.

  • You have minimum of 7 years of experience working with partners and proven experience delivering sales through healthcare partners. You have experience in Healthcare IT and Cardiovascular Ultrasound

  • Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS), Echocardiography Technologist, RVT a plus In-depth knowledge of Cardiovascular Ultrasound environment preferred

  • Experience in Healthcare IT Sales, Technical and clinical knowledge about the products, Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills, High availability, fast response times, Excellent presentation skills and creative problem solving.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $171,000 to $192,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
