Family Service of the Piedmont is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to help lead our Center for Child Wellness , a center of excellence for child psychiatry which provides comprehensive, culturally sensitive, trauma - informed behavioral healthcare to children that often live in underprivileged, under -resourced, and/or disadvantaged communities. This leadership role offers the opportunity to support and develop clinicians, shape clinical practice, and expand high- quality behavioral health services within a mission- driven nonprofit organization. What You'll Do Clinical Leadership • Provide clinical supervision , mentoring , and consultation to outpatient therapists • Support clinicians in delivering trauma -informed and culturally responsive care • Lead case consultations, team meetings, and clinical trainings Staff Development • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation of clinical staff • Support professional development and growth of therapists • Foster a collaborative and supportive clinical team culture Program Quality & Collaboration • Ensure compliance with clinical documentation standards and regulatory requirements • Monitor program outcomes and support quality improvement initiatives • Collaborate with psychiatric prescribers, therapists, schools, and community partners to coordinate care Direct Service • Maintain a limited clinical caseload or facilitate therapeutic groups as needed What We're Looking For We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative clinical leader who is committed to helping clinicians thrive while delivering high- quality care to children and families.
