Supervisor – Home Based Crisis Intervention Program This is a compelling leadership opportunity for a clinician looking to make a high-impact, community-based difference in South Queens. As the Supervisor for the Home-Based Crisis Intervention (HBCI) Program, you would be at the forefront of preventing pediatric hospitalizations and stabilizing families in acute distress. The Home-Based Crisis Intervention (HBCI) Program provides intensive, short-term crisis intervention and family education services for children ages 5–20. The goal: to stabilize acute psychiatric crises and prevent hospitalization. In partnership with the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, our mobile, in-home team delivers services including crisis response, treatment planning, psychoeducation, therapy, case management, and community referrals.
