The model acknowledges that recovery is a long-term process, with the ultimate goal being full participation in community living. The Social Profile: Adult Version assesses developmental interaction skill levels among adult during group activities.

The Sensory Profile-- Adolescent/Adult is a self-administered questionnaire used to assess sensory processing patterns and their potential to interfere with participation in daily routines and social interactions among adults.

Weekly Calendar Planning Task- WCPA Level II Adult/Older Adult (Version A & B) yields in-depth data on performance of a complex, cognitive instrumental activity of daily living, organizing a weekly calendar, as well as assesses executive function for ages 18-94
