Clinical Research Coordinator -Onsite 5 Days a Week
Duties
Screen, consent, and enroll patients into cardiovascular research studies
Support patient visits alongside physicians; ensure questionnaires and research procedures are completed
Manage source documentation, EMR documentation, and order labs/procedures as required
Coordinate and schedule study visits, EKGs, vitals, and other protocol‑related activities
Ensure strict protocol compliance and adherence to study timelines
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, MAs, and clinic/insurance authorization teams
Qualifications
Patient facing Clinical Research Coordinator experience REQUIRED
Experience with consenting, screening (vitals, EKGs, specimen processing, etc.) REQUIRED
Experience with EMR and EDC systems
Interventional research experience strongly preferred (cardiovascular experience a plus, not required)
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sacramento, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
