Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Research Coordinator role based in Brentwood, CA. The Clinical Research Coordinator will oversee clinical trials by ensuring adherence to protocols, regulatory guidelines, and study-specific requirements. Responsibilities include obtaining informed consent, coordinating research activities with study participants, monitoring clinical trial progress, maintaining detailed records, and collaborating with clinical staff to ensure timely and accurate data collection. The role will also involve facilitating communication between sponsors, investigators, and study teams for efficient research operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting Clinical Research and Clinical Trials
• Proficiency in managing Protocols and ensuring compliance with study requirements
• Familiarity with Informed Consent processes and ethical research guidelines
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in an on-site medical environment
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Nursing, preferred
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
