Clinical Research Coordinator (Bellevue, WA 98004)
Pay: $35 - $40/hour
A growing rheumatology-focused clinical research program is seeking a full-time Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support industry-sponsored clinical trials. This role works closely with the Clinical Research Manager and Principal Investigators to coordinate study activities, ensure protocol compliance, and support patient participation.
We are seeking a motivated, fast-learning CRC with strong patient-facing experience and familiarity with CRIO, EDC systems, and clinical trial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate study visits, patient scheduling, recruitment, screening, enrollment, and informed consent.
- Collect, process, document, and ship biological specimens; perform study procedures including vital signs and ECGs.
- Maintain study records, source documentation, regulatory binders, case report forms, and adverse event reporting.
- Manage study drug/device accountability and communicate with sponsors, laboratories, and investigators.
- Prepare IRB submissions, study documents, audit materials, and sponsor monitoring visits.
- Track enrollment, protocol compliance, and participant retention throughout the study lifecycle.
- Support protocol implementation, data collection, quality assurance activities, and staff training as needed.
- Prepare laboratory shipments, including dry ice shipments (IATA certification preferred).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of Clinical Research Coordinator experience.
- Strong working knowledge of CRIO and EDC systems preferred.
- Must meet CDC-recommended vaccination requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination.
