Role: Clinical Research Coordinator - 6 month Contract assignment, 40 hours a week

Location: Onsite - Hinsdale, IL 60521

• Role is 100% onsite, there is no opportunity for hybrid or remote work at this time

Employment Type: Position is a contract, project based support role - current contract duration is estimated to be 6 months, possibility for extension depending on project needs

Schedule/ Shift:

• 40 hours a week
• M-F during daytime business hours - NO evenings/weekends

Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) with a strong focus on data management and electronic data capture (EDC) to support the successful execution of oncology clinical trials. This role is ideal for candidates who excel in data entry, data quality review, and who also have experience with candidate pre-screening for oncology clinical trials.

The CRC will be responsible for:

• Accurate and timely EDC data entry, query resolution, and ongoing data maintenance across clinical trial platforms.
• Participant Chart Review, Phone Screening, Scheduling/Appointment Reminders, Medical Record Retrieval, Community Outreach/Referral Physician Networking

This position plays a critical role in ensuring data integrity, protocol compliance, and audit readiness, while collaborating closely with study teams, sponsors, and site staff. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of clinical research data quality.
