The Center for Stress, Resilience and Personal Growth, Department of Psychiatry, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Mount Sinai Faculty - Clinical Psychologist!
The Center for Stress, Resilience and Personal Growth (CSRPG), located within the Department of Psychiatry at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is recruiting a full-time clinical psychologist to provide evidence-based treatment for Mount Sinai health care workers. Additional responsibilities include the provision of psycho-educational workshops and contributing to program evaluation. This position is fully outpatient; evening and morning flexibility two days a week preferred. The position is hybrid in-person and remote, with the expectation of a minimum of 2 days a week on site. Experience in clinical health psychology and/or primary care-based mental health preferred.
CSRPG is an innovative and unique program, which since June 2020 has focused exclusively on the resilience and behavioral health of Mount Sinai Health System employees and learners. CSRPG programming includes workshops and trainings focused on mental health awareness and resilience, digital health offerings, and time-limited behavioral health care. CSRPG faculty also engage in clinical research related to health care worker well-being, and the treatment of trauma-related disorders, more broadly.
