Salary: $107,821-145,875 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Lead clinical incident investigations in partnership with our site leadership, including performance concerns, medication errors, and sentinel events.
  • Collaborate with the compliance department and serve as the clinical quality point of contact for client facility leadership.
  • Review and validate candidate skills checklists and clinical certifications.
  • Advise recruitment on clinical specialty and facility-specific needs.
  • Act as a clinical mentor, conduct site visits, and assist with clinical onboarding.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.

What additional requirements you'll need

  • 2-3+ years of clinical supervisory or leadership experience
  • Prior health care staffing agency or travel nursing program experience
