How you'll contribute
A Clinical Liaison who excels in this role:
Functions as initial contact for external case management and discharge planner personnel with payors and hospital facilities

What we're looking for
Applicants should have Clinical Licensure as an RN, LVN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP, RT or MSW and a bachelor's degree. Additional requirements include:
Valid driver's license
