Our practice serves the Medi-Cal community, offering services at no cost to eligible patients, while also accepting many private insurances. Located in Highland, CA, we operate 5 days a week with extended hours to accommodate our patients' needs.

Role Description

This is an on-site role based in Highland, CA, for a Clinical Laboratory Scientist. The Clinical Laboratory Scientist will perform diagnostic laboratory tests, ensure quality control of laboratory operations, and report findings to healthcare providers. Daily responsibilities include managing lab equipment, conducting tests such as Hematology, Chemistry, Immunology, Molecular and other laboratory procedures, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Technology and Laboratory Skills
• Broad expertise on multiple analyzers
• Experience with Quality Control processes in a clinical laboratory setting
• Current Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license in the state of California
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
