Work location: Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Ln. TX 75231

Work hours: PRN, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, must be available a minimum of twice a month

Here’s What You Need

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree, Food and Nutrition or related area required
• 6 Months Food and nutrition, healthcare or customer service experience. Req
• DTR - Dietetic Technician, Registered Pref
• Acute care experience preferred

What You Will Do

• Perform nutrition care services to age-appropriate patients under the supervision of an RD.
• Performs all aspects of Infant Formula Room, including calculating infant formulations, formula preparation, inventory, and delivery while adhering to policies and procedures.
• Participates in quality assurance and process improvement activities to document outcomes of services
• Provides direct support to dietitians and food service in care of patient including meal selections and patient education
