We are seeking a Clinical Administrator to support our IA CSA (Iowa Core Standardized Assessments) program. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting program operations by scheduling assessments and accommodations for the population served, responding to phone and email inquiries within contractual turnaround times, providing high‑quality customer support to both internal and external stakeholders, and completing accurate data entry.
This is a remote, phone‑based position that requires you to work from a dedicated home workspace during scheduled hours.
This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a clinical administrative setting.
**Position is contingent upon contract award**
About the Program: The IA CSA (Iowa Core Standardize Assessments) will conduct clinical assessments for individuals seeking enrollment into all Iowa Medicaid Waivers or to conduct clinical reassessments for Medicaid Waiver Recipient

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research and resolve discrepancies with provider documents.
- Review information keyed into the system to verify the accuracy of data.
- Monitor data/image quality of scanned documents.
- Follow established policies and procedures for index and imaging without deviation.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information.
- Responsible for assigning and coordinating referrals for contract work to appropriate parties- Provide customer support to internal and external customer- Computer data entry- Perform all job duties in compliance with Person First standards, HIPAA guidelines, and company confidentiality policies and procedures.- Complete assignments within established compliance standards and timelines- Monitor multiple work queues daily to ensure cases move quickly through each process stage. - Identify and resolve data errors - Performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience required.
- At least 1 year of healthcare customer service experience- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Ability to work independently
Preferred requirements- 2 years of healthcare customer service experience- Previous experience scheduling and coordinating assessments- Clinical administrative support experience- Experience working in a call center environment
