Client Success Coordinator

Are you passionate about animals, client education, and building strong relationships? As a Client Success Coordinator (CSC), you’ll be the bridge between our clients and veterinary team—helping ensure pets receive the highest level of care. You’ll play a key role in supporting doctors, educating pet owners, and guiding our Client Service Representative team, all while fostering a culture of compassion and preventative care.

What You’ll Do

• Educate clients on preventative care and wellness services
• Act as a liaison between clients and doctors for treatment recommendations
• Communicate lab and diagnostic results
• Support and mentor the Client Service Representative team
• Assist with surgical scheduling, paperwork, and client communication
• Follow up on prescriptions, reminders, and urgent care referrals
• Ensure medical compliance by supporting doctors and technicians

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of Veterinary Technician experience preferred
• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced clinic
• Passionate about animal welfare and preventative medicine

Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent) required

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; comfortable working with animals of all sizes
