Our Automotive division is building a best-in-class strategy and analytics function-focused on helping dealerships and automotive partners outperform the market through smarter data, sharper insights, and disciplined execution.

We're looking for a Strategy & Analytics Lead who thrives at the intersection of data, consulting, and performance marketing-someone who can turn complex information into clear, actionable business decisions.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Analytics Leadership
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover performance gaps and growth opportunities
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, executive-level insights and recommendations
GA4 & Data Implementation
  • Own and optimize GA4 implementations (events, conversions, funnels, attribution)
  • Diagnose and resolve tracking and attribution issues
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across platforms
Client & Sales Partnership
  • Partner with sales teams to shape pre-sale strategy and solution design
  • Participate in client-facing conversations and confidently influence stakeholders
  • Use data storytelling to drive alignment and decision-making
Performance & Growth Development
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing and business performance
  • Deliver structured analysis to support optimization and growth initiatives
  • Contribute directly to client retention, expansion, and long-term success
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in analytics, strategy, consulting, or related roles
  • Proven ability to drive business decisions in data-rich environments
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus-but not required
Technical Expertise
  • Advanced experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM systems and attribution platforms
  • Familiarity with BI tools and third-party data sources preferred

The salary for this role will range between $55,000 and $70,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
