ABOUT YOU:
The ideal candidate is highly tech-savvy, with proficiency in—or the ability to quickly learn and effectively implement—software solutions such as CoStar, LandVision, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel), OneDrive, Adobe Suite (InDesign a plus), Google Workspace, and more.
Commercial real estate transactional knowledge is highly desirable, though not required. More importantly, we are seeking someone who is a quick learner, highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter. Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills are essential, along with high initiative, follow-through, and accountability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
JOB SUMMARY:
Provide support across administrative functions, business development, and marketing initiatives. Produce high-quality client reports and presentation materials for the team. Assist in maintaining standard operating procedures and ensure accountability in their execution, including managing client files. Leverage virtual assistants and AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance efficiency. Communicate and coordinate with vendors, brokers, and clients while delivering exceptional customer service. Collaborate with the team to exchange ideas and drive optimal outcomes.
