Client Services Lab Representative Call Center Job Responsibilities:
- The Client Services Laboratory Call Center Representative provides quality customer service and technical phone support.
- Maintains positive client relationship through timely, courteous, accurate, and efficient handling of calls.
- Provides technical support to ensure quality of specimens for laboratory testing. Provides requested information to clients.
- Coordinates and dispatches courier services as needed.
- Ensures stat specimens are delivered to the lab timely.
- Coordinates and dispatches courier services as needed.
- Participates in professional growth opportunities to enhance personal, team and department development.
- Demonstrates knowledge of regulatory standards while satisfying compliance requirements.
- May perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent, required upon start
- Experience: 1 year of related experience
