Our client, a growing wealth management firm, is seeking a Client Services Associate to support the Advisors and help deliver an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and support relationship management activities
- Coordinate client meetings, documentation, and follow-up actions
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track client interactions and workflows
- Assist with client onboarding, account maintenance, and investment-related paperwork
- Maintain confidential records and support day-to-day office operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in executive support, wealth management, financial services, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office preferred.
