Our client, a growing wealth management firm, is seeking a Client Services Associate to support the Advisors and help deliver an exceptional client experience.


Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients and support relationship management activities
  • Coordinate client meetings, documentation, and follow-up actions
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track client interactions and workflows
  • Assist with client onboarding, account maintenance, and investment-related paperwork
  • Maintain confidential records and support day-to-day office operations


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in executive support, wealth management, financial services, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office preferred.
