Shift Detail: 1st Shift, Flexible Hours 7am-3:30pm to 9am-5:30pm. Must work rotating weekends and rotate holidays.

Job Description:

Provides client service support to our clients/patients withlaboratory results in an accurate and professional manner. Handle questions,problems and complaints of all customers including physicians, patients andco-workers.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
AS degree preferred.
Customer service experience with knowledge ofmedical terminology required.
Call center experience preferred.
Previous laboratory or medical office experiencepreferred.
Must be able to work independently.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, and theability to read, write and speak the English language.
