Job Description:

• Drive Sales Plan: Client growth strategy aligned with organizational direction

• Strategic pipeline development and TCV closure

• Proactive deal generation and large deal management

• P&L management of the account

• CXO-level engagement and relationship management; business stakeholder engagement

• Partnership with alliance partners, joint pipeline co-creation

• Drive client’s internal governance, compliance, and reporting

• Delivery governance, stakeholder management and feedback, continuous customer engagement

• Prepare, plan, and execute sales & marketing plans for the account

• Team management and talent development

• Coordination with horizontals for joint account planning, customer connects, and joint revenue growth

• Collaborate with other accounts in the unit for idea sharing, reference creation, and asset development for CPG ISU
