Client Manager

Mind Shift partners with businesses to create meaningful employment opportunities for neurodiverse talent. We’re looking for a Client Manager who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and helping people succeed at work. In this role, you’ll serve as the key connection between our business partners and our specialists, ensuring both have the tools, coaching, and support needed to succeed. You’ll grow and maintain partnerships, identify new opportunities, and provide training and consultation that lead to long-term success for everyone involved.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and specialists
• Provide ongoing support, coaching, and professional development
• Identify new opportunities within existing partnerships
• Manage employment documentation, payroll, and reporting
• Collaborate with community and workforce partners to recruit and refer candidates

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Background in business, HR, or client management a plus
