🔧 Position: Production Technician (Clean-room Environment)

We’re looking for reliable, detail‑oriented individuals to join our team as Production Technicians. No prior clean room experience? No problem — we train!

Day & Night options — choose what fits your lifestyle!

• Fri–Sun: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Mon–Thu: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Mon–Thu: 4:15 PM – 2:45 AM

Overtime opportunities available, especially during peak seasons.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Work with petri dishes and media in APR and MPR rooms
• Perform sorting, packaging, labeling, and palletizing in the TVS department
• Complete quality checks, documentation, and basic math using a calculator
• Handle repetitive lifting, twisting, and pushing (up to 30 lbs)
• Participate in production, packing, warehouse, and general support tasks
• Work independently or in small teams depending on the project

• Experience in production, packaging, or cleanroom environments (preferred)
• Ability to stand for a full shift
• Basic English proficiency (read, write, speak)
• Comfort working in a manufacturing/production setting
• High school diploma or GED required (must be able to provide a photo of these or similar)

• Occasional yeast/vinegar smell in certain buildings
• Some areas (test tube dept.) may be loud — earplugs provided
• Dress comfortably: jeans, t‑shirts, and sweatshirts allowed (no offensive graphics)
• Safety shoes required (steel or composite toe)
• Scrubs welcome
• Company-provided hair nets and safety glasses required in certain areas

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LENEXA, KS.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.55/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in LENEXA,KS.
