The company offers clear room for growth, with opportunities to advance and increase your pay, including the potential for early pay raises based on performance and skills assessments. You will work in a supportive environment that values hands-on skills, promotes internal development, and provides a path from contract to direct hire for high-performing team members.

Work Environment

The role is based in a very clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility with approximately 80 people working on the production floor. You will work on 2nd shift, typically from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with regular overtime scheduled before the shift and an expectation of working 50+ hours per week. A shift differential is offered for off-shift work. The environment is production-focused yet orderly, with dedicated areas for electrical and mechanical assembly.
