Join a growing manufacturing team as a Cleanroom Technician on 2nd shift, assembling large electrical power products in a clean, climate-controlled facility. In this role, you will build and wire large electrical bins, route cables, and install mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools while following blueprints and assembly instructions. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term employment and advancement.
Responsibilities
You will join a stable, growing business that has recently secured multiple long-term projects, creating strong job security and ongoing work. The company offers clear room for growth, with opportunities to advance and increase your pay, including the potential for early pay raises based on performance and skills assessments. Overtime is readily available for those who want to boost their earnings, and the shift schedule can pair well with other commitments. You will work in a supportive environment that values hands-on skills, promotes internal development, and provides a path from contract to direct hire for high-performing team members.
Work Environment
The role is based in a very clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility with approximately 80 people working on the production floor. You will work on 2nd shift, typically from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with regular overtime scheduled before the shift and an expectation of working 50+ hours per week. A shift differential is offered for off-shift work. The environment is production-focused yet orderly, with dedicated areas for electrical and mechanical assembly. You will regularly use hand and power tools, such as drills and other common shop equipment, and follow cleanroom and safety standards throughout the facility. The production floor supports both 1st and 2nd shift operations, providing a structured and professional setting for long-term manufacturing work.
