The Fab Operator supports semiconductor wafer manufacturing by operating production equipment, handling wafers in a cleanroom environment, and performing critical process, inspection, and data entry tasks. This role follows detailed procedures, maintains high quality and safety standards, and contributes to efficient production on a 12-hour day shift schedule.

Work Environment
This position operates in a semiconductor cleanroom environment, requiring the use of a cleanroom bunny suit and appropriate personal protective equipment at all times. The standard schedule follows a day shift of 6:00 am to 6:30 pm on a Thursday–Friday–Saturday every-other-week rotation, with training schedules potentially differing based on operational needs. Work involves standing for extended periods, handling wafers, and operating multiple machines and production tools. Employees use manufacturing process equipment, computers with Excel and other systems, printers, scanners, basic hand tools, and cleaning supplies. The environment emphasizes cleanliness, organization, and adherence to 5S and safety protocols, with continuous housekeeping of tools and work areas.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
