This role provides essential cleaning and basic maintenance services to keep the facility clean, safe, and in orderly condition. You will perform daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, and common areas, support internal office moves and cubicle setup, and assist with general building maintenance tasks to ensure efficient building operations.

Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site role with a regular schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. You will work throughout the facility, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and some exterior spaces. The position involves frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting, as well as regular use of industrial cleaning equipment and tools. You will handle cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines and may occasionally work in tight or elevated spaces when changing lights or performing minor maintenance. The work environment is professional and facilities-focused, where practical, clean, and safe attire suitable for physical work and use of cleaning equipment is expected.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
