The Clean Room Assembler performs precise kitting and assembly of medical devices in a controlled clean room environment. This role uses hand tools and sewing techniques to complete repetitive, detail-oriented tasks while following written work instructions and documented procedures. The position requires strong hand dexterity, the ability to work with small components, and comfort using basic computer systems to review instructions and record work.
Responsibilities
You join a structured production environment that offers a stable, consistent 4-day workweek with a 2nd shift schedule, supporting work-life balance with three days off each week. Work Environment
This role is based in a clean room medical device production facility that follows strict cleanliness, contamination control, and safety standards. You work primarily on the 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday, from 3:45 PM to 2:15 AM, following a 4x10 schedule. The work involves standing or sitting at assembly stations, using hand tools and sewing needles, and handling small components for extended periods. You use computer terminals or workstations to access digital work instructions and record production data. The clean room environment requires adherence to specific gowning and attire guidelines, such as wearing protective garments and following defined entry and exit procedures to maintain a controlled and hygienic workspace.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
