We are hiring an experienced Class A CDL Truck Driver for local port work based in the Compton area. This position offers consistent, home-daily routes and competitive hourly pay. Ideal candidates will have 6 months prior port experience that we can verify.
Truck Driver Responsibilities:
- Truck Driver is responsible to safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle for local port deliveries and pickups
- Truck Driver will transport containers to and from ports and customer locations
- Truck Driver will perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issue
- Truck Driver will be responsible to ensure all loads are secured and comply with safety regulations
- Truck Driver will maintain accurate logs and documentation
- Truck Driver will have 24/7 Dispatch available
