Job: Claims Examiner
Duration: 3+ Months
Location: Newark, NJ 07105
Pay Rae: $20.00 - 22.85/hr on w2
Job Description:
Responsible for obtaining the necessary information not included with the original submission for workflow purposes and timely handling.
- Investigate problem documents by accessing various claim systems and/or mainframe applications.
- Determine to whom misdirected documents belong to and direct to the appropriate area.
- Perform any and all related tasks associated with Image applications.
- Perform other related duties as required by Management.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Work experience:
- Requires one (1) year of clerical business experience.
- Prefer experience working in a Production and Quality environment.
Specialized knowledge/skills:
- Strong Computer Skills-Microsoft Office.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities.
